Liberty in Alexandria, Egypt

In the document below, the rules and regulations of liberty are spelled out in clear fashion.  Looking at the  arrival/departure spreadsheet tab of this website, The Herndon was docked in Alexandria Egypt from July 28th to August 1st in 1944.  This would have been shortly after the ship and crew took part in the Invasion of Southern France, earning a third battle star.
